When it comes to health, the first thing most of us think of is doing exercise, however that doesn’t have much appeal to some of us who haven’t done prescribed exercise since school. The most motivating thing to get you into thinking about getting healthy isn’t finding the right exercise for you, but like for many of us males, finding the right diet. Since we generally think with our bellies don’t we?
The book by Dr. Peter D’Adamo (Eat Right for Your Type), is a factual, tried & tested diet (by me) which really does work. It eliminates the foods that don’t do anything for you and focuses only on the foods that are good for you. That simple. To explain how it all works, it involves a little anthropology and a bunch load of science to explain how our ancestors were placed, functioned and ate differently and can be eliminated by simply your blood type. For example: myself, I am a group O blood group, my ancestors were hunter gatherers and fed mainly on meat and protein rich foods. I found after sticking to the diet for a few weeks that my self esteem, and all minor body irregularities had literally smoothed out, to the extent of no need for releasing gas, healthy skin and lack of bloating after meals.
I recommend you give the book a read, and give the diet a try. You’ll soon want to start doing some exercise.

I’ve done some research on this before, and I also stumbled upon Dr. D’Adamo’s book ‘Eat Right 4 Your Type’ but it didn’t really interest me.
I think it was too profound in the area of biology for me, to be interesting.
Since you pointed out it works, I’ll take your word for it and see if it works.
I’ll order it and post the results later.

I really wish that the eating plan worked for me as well as it did for you…I guess the fact that I am B blood group & am able to eat most things in the areas of meat, fish, veggies, nut & grains & fruit, even mik products made it more difficult for me; being pescetarian & Dr D’Adamo recommends eating meat does not fit into my life at all. I have followed the eating plan leaving out the meat but did not work so well..I am now working on the Food Allergy Plan by Keith Mumby MB, ChB & have been recommended to try the Waterfall Diet by Linda Lazarides which controlls fluid retention & helps minor problems, will let you know how it goes.
